General Policies
Chrome House studio has a total of 9 poles. Pole sharing is practiced but limited for regular classes. However, we permit more shared poles for parties.
All Poles are stainless steel and not chrome.
There are no refunds on any transactions.
We do not accept cash.
A credit/debit card must be on file.
New Client Specials and Groupon deals are only honored for first time clients.
All classes are to be booked through the wellness living platform. You can create an account here if you haven’t already done so: https://www.wellnessliving.com/signup/chrome_house_studio
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, you must do so on Wellness living and it must be cancelled 3 hours before the start of class. (Ex: If the class starts at 6 pm, you MUST cancel by 3 pm).
Late cancellation fee: A late cancellation is any cancellation within 3 hours of the start of class and will be charged a $10 fee.
No show policy: If you sign up for a class and do not attend the class for any reason, you will be charged a $15 fee.
If you are charged a late cancellation fee or a no show fee and have a 5 class/10 class pack, you will lose one class in your package.
Membership Policies
Payment Terms: The monthly fee is due on the start date of each month. A $10 fee will be charged for any failed membership payments.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel the membership, the member must email info@chromehousestudio.com at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled charge date.
Membership Freeze: Members can request a freeze on their membership by emailing info@chromehousestudio.com before the next charge date. Members are permitted up to one month of freezing. Only exceptions honored are medical notes.

Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances must be cleared before attending or booking further classes.
Failed payments: Any failed payments will incur a $10 fee and a credit card must be on file in Wellness Living.
Parties/Events Policies
Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event/party will lose the reservation .
