General Policies

  • All classes are to be booked through the wellness living platform. You can create an account here if you haven’t already done so: https://www.wellnessliving.com/signup/chrome_house_studio

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, you must do so on Wellness living and it must be cancelled 3 hours before the start of class. (Ex: If the class starts at 6 pm, you MUST cancel by 3 pm).

  • Late cancellation fee: A late cancellation is any cancellation within 3 hours of the start of class and will be charged a $10 fee.

  • No show policy: If you sign up for a class and do not attend the class for any reason, you will be charged a $15 fee.

Membership Policies

  • Payment Terms: The monthly fee is due on the start date of each month. A $10 fee will be charged for any failed membership payments.

  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel the membership, the member must email info@chromehousestudio.com at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled charge date.

  • Membership Freeze: Members can request a freeze on their membership by emailing info@chromehousestudio.com before the next charge date. Members are permitted up to one month of freezing. Only exceptions honored are medical notes.  

  • Late cancellation fee: A late cancellation is any cancellation within 3 hours of the start of class and will be charged a $10 fee.

  • Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances must be cleared before attending or booking further classes.

  • Failed payments: Any failed payments will incur a $10 fee and a credit card must be on file in Wellness Living.

Parties/Events Policies

  • Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event/party will lose the reservation .
