Pole Dance

  • Intro to Pole

    A pole dancing class designed for beginners with little to no experience. The class focuses on basic pole techniques such as spins, climbs, and poses, as well as building strength and flexibility. This class is required for all new students (unless otherwise discussed with staff)

  • Pole 1

    This class is designed for students who have graduated from the Pole Basics class or have some prior pole dance experience. The class focuses on building upon basic techniques and introducing more advanced pole moves such as inverts, spins, and combinations.

  • Pole 1.5-2

    This class is designed for students who have progressed signifacntly in Pole 1 and are working on more advanced tricks/combos in preparation for Pole 2. This class is not for new pole 1 students. Must be able to: Forearm Climb, Aerial Jasmine, and Aerial Genie.

  • Pole 2

    Welcome to Pole Level 2! Get ready to elevate your skills with focus on more challenging inverts such as aerial chopper and shoulder mounts from the ground. You will learn more advance combos while advancing your technique and increasing your confidence on the pole.

  • Pole 2.5-3

    Take your pole dance skills to the next level in our Level 2-3 Pole class. Learn intricate combinations with instructor guidance, blending technique, strength, and creativity for an exhilarating experience! Must be able to: Aerial Chopper and Shoulder Mount from standing.

  • Beginner Pole'Ography

    This beginner friendly Pole Flow class focuses on learning a choreographed routine to a specific song or style. The class combines pole techniques with dance choreography to create a dynamic and expressive routine.

  • Beginner/Intermediate Pole-Ography

    This class is a blend of beginner and intermediate choreography. Must be comfortable in beginner level choreography. 

  • Intermediate Pole'Ography

    Ready for a challenge in with pole flow choreography? This class incorporates flow tricks and techniques that are shoulder heavy. Students must be in level 1 or approved to take Intermediate Pole'Ography. Please see staff if you have any questions. 

  • Beginner FloorFreakz

    In Beginner FloorFreakz we will lay the foundation for your floorwork journey! This beginner-friendly class blends the elegance of liquid motion with the dynamic elements of FloorFreakz. This class will guide you through essential techniques for moving fluidly and gracefully on the floor.

  • FloorFreakz

    This class focuses on dissecting and learning floorwork techniques. The class teaches students how to move fluidly and gracefully on the floor while incorporating dance and acrobatic elements all while exploring sensuality.

  • Flexibility 1 (Start Here)

    New to flexibility? START HERE! This class combines passive and active exercises as well as stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture. 

  • Flexibility 2 (Pre-requisite required)

    Prerequisite: Split close to being flat and basic push up into backbend. This class combines passive and active exercises as well as stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture. 

  • Pole FreeFlow (Freestyle)

    Explore your unique style in our lightly guided freestyle pole dance class. Embrace creativity as you flow through movements and sequences at your own pace, supported by gentle suggestions and inspiration.

  • Intro to Lyra

    This class is designed as an introductory class for aerial hoop, AKA lyra. The focus will be on building strength while learning basic mounts and poses in the lyra. This class is suitable for everyone, and best for those who are new to aerial and want to give it a try. 

  • Open Pole (No Instruction)

    Our Open Pole Class is designed for individuals who want to practice on the poles independently! This class is NOT led by an instructor. 

  • Pole Strength and Conditioning

    This class will focus on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness for pole dancing, while also incorporating conditioning exercises specific to pole techniques.

  • Open Pole Strength/Conditioning

     Our Open Pole Strength and Conditioning Class is designed for individuals who want the flexibility to work out independently while still benefiting from a structured and pole-specific exercise routine. This class is NOT led by an instructor. Workouts will be written on the whiteboard if a student wants guidance or the student can do their own workout!

Dance

  • Feels & Heels (Beginner Heels)

    A dance class that focuses on learning choreography while wearing high heels. The class combines elements of dance, including jazz, hip hop, and burlesque, to create a fun and challenging routine.

  • Chair'Play

    This sultry class combines the art of dance with seductive chair techniques. Learn to move with grace and allure as you explore choreography that will leave you feeling empowered and sexy. Suitable for all levels, Chair'Play is a thrilling journey of self-discovery through dance, guaranteed to boost your self-esteem and leave you feeling fabulous.

  • Hip Hop

    This Hip Hop Class is designed to challenge students both physically and mentally, as they learn new dance moves and combinations. It's a great workout that also allows students to express themselves creatively through dance.
