Hey Pole-Sis, Join us for our 1st annual Pole-Sis-Giving Potluck (Dinner Party)! This event is free of charge. We ask that you bring a dish of your choice and bring the good vibes. This will be a great opportunity to engage with staff and other clients, play games, shake booty, and make memories! Dress comfortably and you're welcome to play on the poles.

Elevate your sensuality with SACREDD LAB: a 2-hour workshop with REDD focusing on flexibility, sensual expression, sexy floorwork, and lap dance. Start with deep, targeted stretches, embrace sensual expression through unique partner and group exercises, and finish with a captivating floorwork and lap dance exploration.

Participants will learn choreography to the hottest songs while wearing high heels. The class focuses on proper technique, posture, and alignment to prevent injury while dancing in heels. It is a fun and challenging way to improve dance skills and build confidence while feeling empowered in high heels. This workshop is open to beginners to advance dance levels. 3in-4in heels and kneepads are recommended.

This class is designed for students who have graduated from the Pole Basics class or have some prior pole dance experience. The class focuses on building upon basic techniques and introducing more advanced pole moves such as inverts, spins, and combinations.
